The Programme of Research on Climate Change Vulnerability, Impacts and Adaptation (PROVIA), a joint UN initiative, is inviting comments on its publication titled “PROVIA Guidance on Assessing Vulnerability, Impacts and Adaptation,” developed in cooperation with the Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI).
